BIG problems with Ferrari theme

i need help immidiately ... i got problems with this ferrari theme ... i think its RED MACHINE one ... i installed it and choosed it from the theme menu.and now i cannot access the meny and choose another one ... also i do not have the theme shown in the app manager to uninstall it ... whats the problem? anyone?

Solved this one mates ... just delete the theme manualy its located in c:/system/skins/
