Pull out sim card (nest) a800 need help urgently

need diagram with SIMRST and SIMCLK or can anybody help me and tell me were can i connect i have pull out first,second, third pin. I connect first with five pin and now i dont know to do were can i connect RST and CLK.
Help need urgently.
