r210i strange problem

I have got an r210 with strange problem...

The phone works well but sometimes powers off itself and cant turn back... but if i remove the battery... the phone turns on again...

And sometimes when the phone seems working good, and i press some key it turns off and cant turn back until th battery removed and back again...

what could be the problem??? Pls reply...

did you open your phone and check any demage?

yes, but nothing on PCB... no parts damaged... the PCB is clear...

Any suggession?

try to flash the phone
sometimes it doe work i have solved one problem like that.
