A800 "check battery temperature"

When I put the phone on the charger (original) it shows "check battery temperature" message on the LCD.

LTRG and P20D replaced - same
C115 and R103 checked and replaced - same
Connector replaced - same
Eprom reset - same
Flash - same

Any idea?
