Hi.
Anyone knows if there is such thing, a desktop software that can send SMS to ANY cell phone number ?

I know it is possible to send SMS from all providers web site, but it would be fun to use only one software to do that.

I'm looking more for something like SMSPOP, but free.....

The Microsoft seems to be needed a GSM connected to a PC (I may be wrong...)
