kyocera KE433 - problem with PRL

I have kyocera ke433. When i download my PRL (working in many other models) i get "Service required". What is wrong ? This phone need other PRL ? Or download other soft ? I"m use PST. Thanks

What PST are you using? if you write back the original PRL is SR gone?

I think you will find the PRL corrupt or other major parts of the NVM are missing. Most likely due to a bad flash without proper restore. Always use a fully charged battery

I have pst and qpst but i dont know how to write prl in kyocera 2255,,,, i need write a new prl for this phone ...pls anyone with way to do this with soft

You need KWPST, the service required is most likely a hardware problem not PRL
