Alcatel DB - Usual Problem

Hi

I Have many alcatel db with some problem. The phones not working, it is like dead one, i tryed with full charged battery but i cant make ON, when i conect the cable to repair it with andromenda soft i get the error : USER BRACK or CHECK THE BATTERY,with another phone the problem is some .....can any one help me to solve it ?? <img src="mad.gif" border="0"> <img src="mad.gif" border="0"> <img src="mad.gif" border="0">

first check your cable with another working phone.<br />if the cable is ok<br />then if not working phone doesn't respond, it may that u have a hardware problem<br />so forget andromeda!
