Be3 Flashes (st,amd,fujitsu)

Whay AMD flash don't work in ST flash chip ? how repair this ? or convert ?<br />I have tryed many flashes to repair Alcatel BE3 v16b ST THOMPSON flash chip 2MB but i can't find worked flash file for this phone.<br />May anybody can help ?
