Hi!

I have a problem with alcatel easy phone.<br />The phone is blocked due to a three-time error codes (phonecode) and now it is impossible to use the phone, it shows me the local assistency alcatel number before I could enter any more code.

Any ideas?. I have RETROFIT but I don´t know how to use it to reset the phone
