BE4 after unlock turns off during a call

After unlock with eraser v4.1 the phone turns off automatically during a call. Very strange.<br />I want to fix it with a full flash named BE4repair,(another program) but when i used this program, the program askes to press Repair(after flashing it into the phone), he can not connect the mobile.<br />Now the phone is still dead.

a few questions:<br />- When i send a full flash into the phone, i can fix it ?<br />- Who can send me this full flash and program to send it to the phone.

I hope somebody will help me.<br />The phone is Alcatel BE4 sw 134.

Do you make backup before unlocking or before writting fullflash???

If you haven't backup - You Have problem...<br />After uploading fullflash to phone, your phone may be starts, but you get these problems - not logging to network , "Check card " message with card is inserted, or another bad things.

<br />i have problem <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> <br />No backup.<br />after full flash the phone is still dead.<br />which program do you use for sending full flash to the phone? Could you send me this program?

When i send full flash, is there no hope the phone will work normally?

You can find on this page some good flashers, like MCOMM flasher (ARW4.zip)

but without original backup you have big problem<br />:-(
