I have backup, but after flashing it to phone it can't power on. I found some problem: I cant change first 64kB from flash. Probably I need other flasher ( different from MCOMM)?

First I read 2MB flash. Then I selected 4MB,but at 50% flasher says "Read ERROR".So I decided, that the flash is 2MB. The most important problem is, that I can't write propely first 64 kB of flash.I tryed to write another BE5 flash and after reading, first 64 kB were unchanged. The flash ID was: 989C. Is it possible, that the MCOMM can't read and write this flash properly? I need flash BE5 v124 (from Bulgarian GLOBUL if possible).

Alcatel MCOMM says: flash ID [989C]. Soft by EMMSI says:unknoun flsh type and then hangs up. Is there any read/write soft for this flash type?
