C100 doesnt switch on

After put not original charger C100 is dead and heating!

I removed Charger chip : now no power consumption,but not switch on.

I flashed-FLASHING IS OK ! but doesnt switch !
When Try to unlock "comunication with phone is bad" What is the problem?
The same with UST :"phone not found " (repair SW faults)
Phone doesnt show "test mode-3colors bar" when I connect cable

Please any solution ?

Check the bottom charging connector on phone for shorts.

at the above side of charging pin see a small component is short replace or remove it
