BE4 change Start-up logo - phone not power on ?

Hi guys.

I try to change startup logo on one Alcatel 302 v136. I found where and how is writen this logo but after chanes and writeing flash phone not power on.

can anybody help ?<br />i change logo w/o errors ! problem is other - who knows: CRC or other. i found startup logo in two places and change it but again not power_on.

i have original flash backup.

I test too. Change startuplogo in BE4 138 02 but not power on. Dont work Martech 1.91, logo changer 1.0. Eny ideta to change logo. fnx<br />IceKiller

all maked software for change logos not work with my flash dump (dump with Bulgarian). i chane all needed info with HEX editor and calculator, but roblem is not that. i am sure 100% in that i make but there is small thing/secret <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

can anybody help ?
