Need help with the new Nokia 3110

Need help with the new Nokia 3110.

I tryed to unlock it with winopen, and i get an error 0 simlock3.dll.

I can unlock all the others nokias, and i don't have any problems.

My cable works fine, so it's not from the cable.

Does anybody has any sugestion ?
