i have tried to unlock with lurker a bh4 102 km183 and i had an error while i was on writing. i flashed it because the phone didn't powered up and now i have "insert sim" with a sim inside.
any idea what to do?

i think i have a bad backup because is useless when i put it back and now i'm searching a sw that can fix teh if one exist. i didn't think that i can damage the phone with lurker.
Your backup is good...you use bad software

you have ****ed up teh zone in the alcatel this teh zone is uniqe in every alcatel this zone is for comunication betwine tel and sim so you cant fix this problem no mater what you do if you want to unlock alcatel buy orginal softwere i recomend kima softwere very good with good support
