As I know Vygis soft can change IMEI in the phone, but only visible IMEI. IMEI on new Alcatel phones is stored in OTP area of flash and can't be changed without changing flash chip itself. So, it is possible to change only visible IMEI.

Yes, FractalizeR you are right about OTP area. Vygis alcatel software is very good but it support 735 v102 KM283500H only for unlock. i can't change imei or establish clone procedure.
