I have unlockd lock 1 with SIMLCK.exe

I have unlocked lock 1 with "SIMLCK Plus Operator V1.50 (c) 1997 Nokia Mobile Phones"
but the lock 4 give me the error "ERROR (39) Unexpected lock error"

any ideas?
