Though the original Flash was written back the phone does not switch on. If a different Flash (BF3v103) written will the phone works?

It's Robson-GSM, if I read and write the same flash the phone does not switch on but when I write a diffent one (same version) the phone switch on but as everyone knows it says "insert correct SIM". No use even after Unlock.......
