Hey, I think that records are .amr format, not a truetone type. So if you have done like this before, upload here for ppl use as ringtone.

I think all kind Of sound converters are available on the net , use Google to find the right type.
Its ur XXX fantacy not mine so best is SELF HELP.
I use this Forum for Technical things.
Ringtone like "woman crying or screaming" are not my Cup Of Tea.
