how to repair it?

The imei has been changed by the software.
Obviously, you need the soft to change this..Not cheap for the original, but the clone sells at around £150

hello it s easy just go to sendo menu select sevices and presse selct and u got all network back have fun.

And that will change the IMEI back to the original un-blackilisted one? Amazing
