You have to solder out the eeprom. Read the eeprom with PonyProg open the saved *.bin file with MAXON Unlock by EDDIsoft. Write back the unlocked file. Works 100%.You can read the eeprom trough a eeprom programmer and a program like PonyProg.SpE

I know, that 900MHz. I need to switch to another SIM a card in same network. With old dump eeprom and SIM a card all good works.

As far as I know there is no cable solution. And for "Guest" unlock your *.bin file with MAXON Unlock by EDDIsoft. I tested it and it works 100% .

Yes it's necessary to solder out the eeprom because with eeprom on the PCB PonyProg can't read the it. So you must solder out the eeprom and the put it in the Soic Clip. It's not necessary to use a Soic Clip but it will work must efficient.
