Phone code for Vitel TSM4

Hi,
I have TSM4 with IMEI 350396012777387 locked on contract on Telefonica Movistar.
I enter unlock code #9917*20970020#. :)
After that phone unlocked but now phone show "Different SIM detected.You need to enter Phone Unlock Code " :(
How to reset phone code?

I try with code 1234 and 0000 . Not work
Now phone say only : "Unauthorized SIM detected, Only emergency calls allowed!"
