7650 4Xblink then power off

hi i have 7650 with blinking problem
and can be flashed
format user area ok
factory set mode ok
stays in local mode

but remains 4xblink

tried eep erase file with griffin

It seems like a PCB fault, rehot the BGAs carefully...

Ps.: R U checked the clock lines (serial clock,etc.)?

What device R U flashing it with?Try Griffin, Bcoz it has a different powerup process like Nokia's FLS-X, Griffin is always powering up the phone even if FLS-X can't.

Is any self-test failed? R U tried the cracked Phoenix A12? It maybe helpful 2 know something more about the problem.

Hello man,,,

Blinking 7650 is a common problem.
And it is from Flash IC (User flash).
Sometimes it can be from UPP also.
Anyway try to change user area flash IC.
