telit gpm3551 "insert correct card"

hello friends,
i have 2 pcs telit gpm3551 with same problem: "insert correct card" with sim inside. the board have ericsson parts but if i press <**< i can't see status locs. with crd i can calculate the code but how can i introduce this? thanks in advance.

hello again,
this phone is mine but another same phone comes in my service with same problem. i think is a sw problem because thesse phones was unloked on network and has blocked after time. any ideea?
