Try:
With SIM card inserted firstly enter:
#4960#12345678#
and then
*4960*12345678*12345678#

After typing this, power off the phone and then power it on.
It must work now, but if you insert another SIM, you have to do this process again.

for all nec imei solution is not a professionnel solution use dongle is the best but no free solution yet , for 3 g phones
