GD55 swiches off after some minutes.

When I switch phone on It find network and works fine.
I can use any menu and so on.
But after 2-3 minutes phone switches off.
I try to flash phone with multidownloader and GD55Tool from yassax and siroya - nothing.
No water, no visible damage.

I had one with similar problem and it was bad battery. Replaced the battery and works fine.

No. It not solve problem.
I allready replaced battery and PA.
Phone switches off after 2-3 minutes after enter to network.
