Do you ever seen Sagems with strange feature: some times it SIM LOCKED, some times not :)
Inside is PIC, which try to cheat phone, telling that inserted service card (with IMSI 001010123....)

Really is not good solution, be course if phone is 'Blocked' this solution dont help :)

More better way is read log from phone and send it to somebody, who can calculate code from it, for example to us :) But if your phone is ' Blocked', it can be unlocked only with direct unlock method.
