Problem to make master reset on 9110i

I wanna to make master reset (ctrl+shift+tab) but not have reaction from phone ??! I now how to make this correct.
The phone unit work perfectly ( whitout phonebook & message :), but shell not!
The shell restarts many time on the minute and I see only the big graphic start message "9910i" and nothing more....

Anybody help me with solution?

Try to hold CTRL+TAB+F (see manual) and your device will be formatted.
Everything works perfectly
Read your backup with your PC and repair or remove broken files

:( I thing, have hardware problem whit phone, because any combination of [Ctrl+Tab+F] or [Ctrl+Esc+F] or some... not work... And have big consumation of battery.

Hi there,

Resetting of the 9110 means data is corrupt and you'll have to format.
Press and hold CTRL+TAB+F all together and keep them pressed. While pressed insert battery. Keep pressed until format screen appears.

Do the same for the other combinations
