I've read old posts seems this may be from flex cable not being ok, but i also seen that on this post

to check for
2. Check R4 and C10, if they changed - nothing on display
3. R1 - contrast (my 270k)
Where are these R1/R4/C10?
On the main board or near the display?
As i have a service manual for v3688 that does not show where these are located:(
