NEc 606 and E616 problems !

i have protected soft i think by Maxim working 100% with 606 .. tested many times before ..
this time cable(test point ) broken while unlocking process ( u know it takes only 3 seconds )
but i shocked when it take longtime (unlocking ) then i removed cable and re put again ...
soft says " **** , somthing wrong " when power on phone ..
now phone case changed .. !!
not says ( insert correct simcard ) .. it only shows blank WHite Screen without ( MENU ------ SOS ) Buttons and wait about 10 seconds then POWER OFF ITSELF SHOW ( 3G )
SO !?
can i flash ..etc etc etc !!
help plz .

Use any 2G simcard and turn-on the phone:
1) #4960*xxxxxxxx# + Send
etc etc etc

this one working with 1 phone and i got another one also working but i decided to play alittle with codes .. i enterd code 3 times wrong
now phone says with sim inside ( insert correct usim card .. enter downkey )
if i ENTER DOWNKEY ... phone restart ...
i know its Due Wrong Enterd Codes !
how to reset code counter ??????

my nec 606 when power on phone is on but only show 3g and off plese help thanks in advance?
