GSM Connection Amplifier

im looking for something like a GSM Signal Amplifier, but to be installed somewhere fixed, without the need to get it connected to the cellphone.

just receive all GSM Signals and repeat them.

or can this be done by something to be self-build?

does anyone of you know such a thing?

these are available in china look for chinese gsm websites they are mostly used in basements to improve network the work on a radius of about 50 metres
