Alcatel Vygis 2.26 XP Problems

Hi to all,

I have a small problem. I bought the vygis software with dongle from vygis.

I am using Windows Xp and have a Laptop/Notebook. MyComport is PCMCIA. When I start the software tu connect with my Alcatel BH4 735 There comes

Error
Phone not respond. Speed is 115200. Battery 9v is connected too. The software goes to 12% and then stops. It doesn´t matter if the cable is connected or not. Always the same.
I tried it with switched on phone and with switched off phone.

Please helpme.

is 100% cable problem,i have that tool and work very fine for me,in my opinion is the best tool for Alcatel.

M8 it wouldn't work with comport emulators! i too had a HP laptop & i tried using a USB2COMport converter cable and tried hard to connect and it gave me the same error as your's at 12%, its the connection problem for sure.

Hi.Main problem here is not in cable or in software,main problem here is,that
delicious use virtual ComPort,as his laptop not has native ComPort.As Alcatel
booting even using native ComPort it is enough hard problem,to make software
which will be working with normal ComPort on differents PC and also with big
variety of different PCMCIA cards,it is almost impossible.Anyway,I think,that
we will solve this problem :)
Customers,which already use latest versions of my software,maybe already
saw,that in ComPort selecting menu appeared new position-"USB-RS232 by
Vygisoft".This position it is for USB cable,which can solve laptops problems
and also allow to work at high baudrates (406 kb or 460 kb) with Alcatels and other phones,which are supported by my softwares.This cable use RJ45 connector and pinouts are compatible with Unibox from tele-way pinout.
It means,that cables from Unibox can be used with this cable.Also cable
can be supplied with special cable-converter from RJ45 to PS/2.This allows
to work with this USB cable,using fits from set Alcatel 7 in 1.If you need
