Can you explain how you restore eeprom? I have a lot of telephones which do not see this a card after repair SW. Or, for example, terminals with the damaged CPU chip - after his replacement stop seeing SIM.

Ok, you said that you can recover the "Insert SIM defect".
Today I got BF3, a customer required replacement of unit.
I succeeded to find out, that unit was mechanically damaged and then was reflashed with full flash of the same version.

Actually question - in such state a telephone will not see SIM as him TEH differs from HW, is it possible to do what you were asked about by xtera?

You can get the ID from the bottom sticker (under the one with IMEI on it there is another sticker which contains the ID) .

i wrote software again(104 kj 155a for me)and then i wrote back the teh file that was saved when i tried to unlock , and them unlocked again, and only then the phone was turned on. and unlocked. and now is working ok. it has 2 days and no problem.

I have a BF 3 phone and i tryed to unlock it, without saving eeprom backup. or tech zone, the phone was dead after that ,several times i tryed to write full flash, EEPROM, but no succes, the phone still dead.Then i tried to revive it with alcatel reviver 1.02 and it came back to life but no display and :beep...check sim card.with the lurker 31 i succeded to make the lcd work but still beep...check sim card.does anyone know what to do?

P.s. first my phone was (from label):

After revival i have

here no one u'll help
if u have original tech file
just write again the flash but it must be same verion, and the restore u're backup tech
and u're 311 u're be up again but locked
and now u can do unlock again
PS after u write the flash and teh do unlockin to revive the phone
