Maxon SG-1000 - problem with unlock

I have problem with MAXON SG-1000 IMEI 50010511010458-0, need Network Lock when i put sim into the phone, isn't correct this is GriffinCRD calculation?

How many times can i enter the Code, when phone will be totally locked? :eek: :eek: :eek:
