Few Questions For Sagem myv65 !!

Firstly
Ii have just bought a sagem myv65 and i also bought a fast usb to irda device for it, all works good for transfering midi files and wallpapers and screensavers but wont send jar files ? does any 1 know of why this is ????

Secondly
how to unlock the myv65 mobile phones with a irda device ??? do i need a data cable or what ? im not sure at all because im new to this unlocking thing.... so how can i unlock my sagem myv65 mobile phone ? can any 1 get me an unlocking code or do i need software ? any help out here please

Yeah u can't send jar files by cable, irda etc cause SAGEM thinks that sendind app so it's an security matter...They must be jokin' . The only way u can do that is WAP.

Thanx thats cleared me up.... ive searched this forum.... all 60 odd threads and there isnt anything releated to what i want ... i need to know how to unlock it without buying all the gear...

What is a dongle because ive seen a few posts with that saying about them?

could i unlock my phone via irda ???

it is not possible to unlock v65's via data cable or infared.....
The only way is to use sagem code reader... this is hardware and software... the software will not work with the dongle

I suggest you find someone with the right equipent to do this for you...

Never mind ill stay with vodafone by the sounds of it its gunna b cheaper to get vodafone to unlock it :s its still expensive to get it unlocked so i mean whats the point lol ok never mind again ill stick with voda :) save all the freaking about .............
