Why Nec n22i do not accept NCK code???

Hello,

I have a Nec n22i that say "Demande a echoue" when I enter the NCK code.
I unlocked some nec until now, but I can not not unlock this one.

Let the phone powered on, with sim card inside and wait for 2 or 3 hours before entering code.

I got the same problem with a N341i
I got the unlock code from the provider
it says with or without foreign sim card even after more then 3 hours "demande échouée" it means request failed

Any solution???
