imposible.If there is tv there is a radio reception.What u can do is to go online for the live video.Only certain provider have this services

i know a software by wch u can see TV on ur 6600..
its name is teletext but it needs GPRS to work

It Is A Service Provide By The Network Not All Networks Have It And About The Program U Need It Not Useful 4 U Becz As I See Ur From Sirya And Ur Network Not Provide This Element Of Use. It Is Only Use In Euro And Us.

I don't think this is what he wants. This application ONLY shows teletext information pages and in no way shows normal TV broadcasts.
