Asic 6 rpl files please?

Hi all, i have a quantity of 6230's that need uem change! Im using twister, which supports asic 6 uem change, but it doesnt have any asic6 rpl files in the rpl file section!

My questions r these, can i use either asic 2 or 5 rpl files, or do they have to b asic 6, and if they do have to b asic 6, then where can i get them from?

Also, how do i write new imei to new uem, im presuming tht i just select 'write uem' and then use my common sense to write imei, though i wud appreciate it if someone could help me out with a proper way of doing it using twister


Any help on this matter would be very much appreicated



Also, to saras, when is the motorola p2k and triplet update for your excellent kit coming?

Eh? Wot do u mean by that, i have no idea cos this will be my first uem change and imei write, hence the reason im asking

UEM´s aren´t the same and you need rpl´s for type 6.

Thats wot im talking bout m8, im a complete newbie to all this!

So are u saying that i'll need different Uem's depending on the asic version? I thought that the chip would be the same across the board with nokia dct4's etc etc!

I know i need rpl's for the 6230, im asking wot i need to do to get them, or where i can download any from!

Any help here m8 will be very much APPRECIATED

Ask dedekwien,he can do it(rpl calculations from your ask).
And abouut UEM´s,no idea where to find them,only thing i know is that they are smaller than usual UEM´s.
But maybe he has some on stock,don´t know.

UEM on 6230 is bout 20% smaller with the older version
