a problem wth realoneplayer 6600?? plz help...

dear all nice people here...
i have a problem wth my real one player on 6600, i used to have this application fully working in my 6600, today i installed wt i think that it is an update or a new version of this application but i got 2 copies of real one player & non of them was functioning, i removed the newly installed one but the old one is still there but not functioning & i got an error messgae " unable to play media clip" whenevwer i try to paly a movie clip...
hw can i solve this problem?? plz help :confused:

must work, tested 3650, 3660, 6600 many times.

i tried that but unfortunastely it real oner player didn't work for me.... :(
i installed helixplayer., it is noe working but i don't know hw to make it my default player, do u know hw??? can u help me out???
