How to install langual into my nokia 6820

I had a nokiw 6820 and an infered adapter, wondering around how to install other langual (Chinese) into the phone. been seaching for a while but no solution. could anyone help me?

To add/installing new language you need service software like Griffin Box, Tornado flasher, Nelix, etc.
You can not upgrade via infra red.
Infra red only for backup phone book, upload/download ringtone/wallpaper.

or you can send your phone to any of nokia service centre for upgrading the firmware for Asia language.....

suppose i buy a cable then where can i get the software. if i want to add language to a samsung e715 will i need the same things?? i have a data cable but no software. where can i download the software?
