Connecting a myx-7 pc to usb cable

I have a myx-5 usb data cable and am experiencing the problem below can you please help.


Now I can detect the mobile phone on com using the Wellphone application,
but the 'my pictures and sounds' application, downloadable from Sagem's
website which allows the user to create custom sounds and wallpaper, does
not detect the phone.

With regard to the 'com3' assignment, on which the phone resides, it reports
"This port doesn't seem to be an external port of your PC".

Presumably it is in conflict with the USB driver.

Could you please help with locating a USB driver update that
works with the 'My Pictures and Sounds v1.06" application.

I believe that "My Pictures and Sounds" requires an official sagem data cable.
If you don't have an official cable, forget it it.. try using "my discover" instead available from www.gavoille.com
