u don't need to flash those phones, remove all the numbers phones on your simcard you want to know to use with this phone and rewrite not in the simcard but in the phone.
it's simple

Exactly what do you mean here pls. Be more specific.
I am saying that phone cannot booth to workable state, so there is no way to go into phone book.

Try again in better english, I know his may not be your language though, try pls

i think he means you remove all numbers from SIM using another phone, then put it on the NEC and then it should work !

Hi,
you must clear all telephonnumbers on your Sim-Card.
Put the Sim-Card in an other Handy and clear all Numbers and then put it in the NEC. Now it will Work.
My Nec had the same problem ... 10 min before i write this i have clear the numbers and now it will work.

Yes, remove all the numbers on your simcard using another phone, and put the simcard in the nec and use the memory phone to rewrite all the numbers.

Hello, that does not have anything with the pin code to add. You must
delete simply all telephone numbers of the SimCard. It may be stored
no more Telefonummer on the map. Best you take another mobile phone and
delete thereby. Then you put the map again into the NEC and already
should it fold. With me was.....ich another telephone took also in
such a way and has all numbers deleted.....und goes now the NEC again.
Marvelously

@Paderf - not only RedBox users!
@47eleven-t - Paderf's solution work in most cases, but is not panaceia - in some cases you MUST reflash phone - and RedBox may still cannot flash this stupid phone...
