Try changing the microphone itself, it may cause no mic/speaker sound in some cases.

Have you try reflow near headset jack?
I have same problem R220 and solve the problem with reflow near headset jack.
if you make jumper from headset jack maybe solve your problem but it cause sound very noisy.
