Help! How to remove user lock for Nokia 8280 and Motorola T182c

Hi everyone,

I've two phones that I need to remove the user lock (the owner blocked them and forgot what password used) :(

The phones are a Motorola T182c and a Nokia 8280, both from Telefonica Movistar (Mexico) With the Nokia after I enter the *3001#12345# code it keeps asking for the user code.

Please tell me what keyboard codes, software, data cables and/or unlock box I must use to unlock them, if it can be done.
