Why You think so? Possible phone was flashed with P16 firmware instead P40 or on the contrary P40 instead P16
I am flashing LG3000? and ring not present. I have problem. Help please!
Exist 2 types of LG3000 with 40 and 16 polyphonic tones. So 2 different Audio IC inside. So 2 types of firmwares exist P40 and P16. Look at backside of phone sticker and find what phone You have (P16 or P40).
Possible You flashed wrong firmware.

cause he didn't say clearly, that the problem occured before flash or after flashing....
