Need help nec e616 internet access problems

I have a nec e616 and it works fine here in romania (i disabled the usim lock )but i cannot access the internet , i dont know where in the phone menu i can set up my browser for orange network . when i hit the browser button a blank page appears and it doesnt do nothing more . can anyone help please

because your carrier does not support the phone, to access the internet, you must have your network carrier support the nec. I live in vietnam and also have problem like this. By the way, do u have the new firmware for this phone, coz my phone has fallen now, and the pc transfer program pls
