E700 : Preveiw Error

Hello,
I have a problem using the camera on a phone (E700), it says preveiw error whenever i try to use the camera, is this a software problem or is it a hardware problem? what is the solution ? sombody help

Check ur Camera ribbon
May be You have to change it

I have the same prob. I have 2 files

1 camera hang and phone restart

2 preview error

You still say that is a h/w prob?
