Trium:Mobile phone malfunction

Hello,
I have this trium 110, with 'Mobile phone malfunction . Contact your sevice provider.' I have used the trium box on it but it comes back after testmode, the IMEI reads 7F7F7F7F7F7F7F7, what can i do to make it work. how do i flash the phone?
