"Recharge Battery" in Samsung C100

Hello every Buddy !
I got this Samsung saying "Recharge Battery" and then going to sleep (switches itself off) !! I have tried by replacing the 5-pin charging controller device, but it did not help.
Can anyone help me ?

your phone have a charging IC problem.
remove charging IC with rework station and replace with another IC.
