It is even possible to copy a sim card?
Copy is vague here...
I assume you mean clone the EEPROM and it is possible. Some public software are available to complete such a task.

Not really... an iso programmer would do... can build one for 5$US...

start to buy or make a phoenix and a jdm, and a greencard to program, search for phoenix and jdm and you will find a lot :) if you want to buy maybe someone in your country sell it
